PHILIP RIFE

PRESIDENT – B.A., TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY

Philip is responsible for the day to day management of all activities for Course Construction Group. He has been in and around the construction industry for his entire life. Throughout his career, he has overseen the construction of numerous industrial, retail and adaptive re-use projects both locally and around the country. Prior to founding Course Construction Group, Philip was Vice President of Finial Development & Construction, completing over 300,000 sf of ground-up projects. Before that, Philip was a project Manager for Avera Companies, overseeing the construction of over a dozen projects across the Country.

Charles

CHARLES PAIGE

CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT & SAFETY DIRECTOR


Charles brings a lifetime of experience to Course Construction Group, having worked in commercial construction for over 42 years. For the 18 years to joining our team, Charles worked at Linbeck Construction, on large scale institutional level projects. Charles has an associates degree in Construction Management from Midland Technical College and has completed his OSHA 30 hour construction safety & health training.

Parker

PARKER RAY

PROJECT MANAGER


Parker is responsible for the daily office side management of all active projects. Prior to working for Course Construction Group gained valuable experience working on several large institutional and healthcare projects while at Vaughn Construction. Parker has a degree from Texas A&M university and has completed his OSHA 30 hour construction safety & health training.

Gary

GARY ARTMAN

ESTIMATING


Gary has worked in the commercial construction estimating field nearly a decade. Gary started out with Dunhill Development as their original in-house estimator and project manager. He was instrumental in their rapid growth to becoming a major player in the Houston tenant interiors market. Most recently Gary was an estimator at Brochsteins, gaining hands on experience working through all facets, of the high-end millwork industry. Gary’s proficiency in CAD and sketch-up, combined with his interest in interior design, makes him an asset to our clients in the pre-construction phase.

Michael

MICHAEL MARQUEZ

SUPERINTENDENT


Michael grew up in the industry and has been in commercial and infrastructure construction for over 15 years, starting out with KBR in Iraq. Michael gained experience in the retail and restaurant sectors while working for Dover Contracting Company, completing projects for major retailers around the country. Most recently, Michael worked for Jayco Construction on large scale concrete placement projects.

Joelma

JOELMA REIS

CONTROLLER – UNIVERSIDADE ESTACIO DE SA (BRAZIL)


Joelma handles all AR, AP & Payroll for Course Construction Group. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, she has been working in the financial administrative and accounting fields for over 15 years. Joelma, has an associates degree in accounting from Estacio de Sa, Rio de Janeiro and She has nearly completed an additional associates degree with a focus in tax law from Houston Community College.
